Who is responsible?

The data controller is ChargeAngels SAS, 91, avenue Henri Barbusse, 06220 Vallauris (France), SIRET 91105162100017 (see the legal notice). To contact us about your data, use the contact form (category “Other”). Data protection officer: Mr Gerald SEILER (via the contact form).

What data, why and for how long

Contact form

Data: Name, email address, company (optional), request category, subject, message, language of the page, date, IP address, and your consent.
Purpose: Answer your request.
Legal basis: Your consent (box ticked before sending); pre-contractual measures when you ask for a demo or a certification.
Retention: The time needed to handle your request, then up to 3 years after our last exchange.
Recipients: The ChargeAngels team; the host and e-mail provider (IONOS) as technical processors.

Anti-spam protection of the form

Data: A fingerprint (hash) of your IP address, a fingerprint of the message and a single-use technical token; no cookie.
Purpose: Prevent abuse and spam (limit of messages per hour, duplicates).
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in securing the form.
Retention: Token: 2 hours. IP counter: 1 hour. Message fingerprint: 24 hours.

Server logs

Data: IP address, date, requested pages and browser information, recorded by the host.
Purpose: Security and technical operation of the website.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
Retention: As set by the host: see the data protection information of IONOS (link at the bottom of their website).

LinkedIn posts shown on the home page

Data: Only if you accept: your IP address and browser data are sent to LinkedIn, which may set cookies (see below).
Purpose: Display the LinkedIn posts of ChargeAngels.
Legal basis: Your consent (cookie banner). LinkedIn is responsible for its own processing.
Retention: Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser. LinkedIn cookies follow LinkedIn's policy.

Preferences stored in your browser

Data: Chosen language, start of the home video, answer to the cookie banner (browser local storage, not cookies).
Purpose: Remember your preferences.
Legal basis: Strictly necessary for the service you request (language) and your choice (consent); no tracking, nothing is sent to a server.

Cookies

ChargeAngels does not set any cookie on this website. If you accept the LinkedIn content in the cookie banner, LinkedIn (a third party) may set the following cookies. The list and durations follow the cookie table published by LinkedIn (checked on 9 October 2026); LinkedIn sets them and may change them (see the LinkedIn cookie table and its cookie policy).

Recipients and transfers

Your data is only shared with the people and providers named above. LinkedIn is part of Microsoft and may transfer data outside the European Union (in particular to the United States) according to its own policy; this only happens if you accept the LinkedIn content.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of its processing or its portability, object to its processing, withdraw your consent at any time and give instructions about your data after your death. Use the contact form; we answer within one month. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.

Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The contact form is protected against abuse, and messages are only sent by e-mail to the ChargeAngels team.
